Sarah Goss is the Vice Captain of the very successful New Zealand Women's Rugby Seven's team. Recent World Cup Champions, the team has dominated the 2012-2013 season, claiming the Oceania and World Series titles to add to their impressive list of achievements.
Sarah currently captains the Manawatu sevens team, winners of the 2013 Regional and National sevens titles; a team who have their eye on defending their national title in 2014. Outside of seven's, Sarah plays for Manawatu in the National Provincial competition and is working towards securing a spot in the Black Ferns team ahead of the 2014 World Cup in France.
With her strong leadership skills on and off the field as well as her star player performances, the young forward is building up to the 2016 Olympic Games in Rio where Sevens is set to make its debut and the New Zealand women's team aim to bring home Gold.
